DivERP
Business software for scuba diving centres: run the dive centre from
one place. Bookings, the day's departures, the money, the guests'
paperwork, the messages and the courses — for one dive centre or a group
of them, from the desk or the phone. Thirteen areas behind one sign-in: front desk,
operations, media, finance, training, marketing, comms, catalogue, the guest
assistant, people, reports, the staff app, administration. Guests touch it too: the booking
widget on the centre's own site, a payment link or UPI QR, the forms they sign
before diving, their own guest page, a thank-you with the receipt for every payment,
word when a refund has gone back, their invoice or note, the clearance form when a doctor must see them and the
doctor's verdict, and an assistant on WhatsApp, Telegram or the website. On every plan each Business publishes its privacy notice, and each
guest sees what they agreed to on their guest page, withdraws it, and asks for
their data or its erasure. Plans are Free, Starter, Pro and Enterprise; there are no prices on
this page — ask us at hello@diverp.com.
It is used by dive centre staff, by the creators those centres work with, and by
their guests. Staff accounts are created by a dive centre for its own team; guests make
their own account on the centre's website, with a code or with Google; and where a centre
runs a partner programme, a creator joins by registering as its partner on the centre's own website.
The marketing area manages the partnerships a dive centre has with content
creators: what each creator agreed to deliver, whether they delivered it, how
the content performed, and what they are owed. That is the part that asks to
connect an account, explained below and at
/statements/connected-accounts;
what DivERP holds about a guest is at /statements/privacy,
the full privacy policy at /privacy.html and the terms of
service at /terms.html.
What it does
From the phone call to the receipt
A phone call becomes an enquiry, an enquiry a booking, and a booking a seat on a departure and a line
on a receipt; the board shows what is free before anyone promises it. Cash, card, a payment link or a UPI
QR on the counter, and every rupee lands on the booking and in the drawer it was taken at, which keeps its
own book. At the front desk each item names its own deposit per diver; the guest pays that or the whole amount from one link, and the rest is reminded a day before.
One booking holds several products, each on its own day, sold at the counter or in the website's cart.
A guest's companions who do not dive come aboard as non-divers, never counted against the seats. Every
signed form prints to a PDF, and the guest is sent their own copy. When a guest's medical answers need a
doctor, the guest is sent your clearance form and hears the verdict when the desk records it.
Run the dives
From Starter, every dive day is planned in the system: set the departures, put guests and leaders
aboard, publish, and the trips and manifests are made; the dispatch keeps the ratio. Dive sites, boats,
vehicles and instructors are resources with a capacity the board respects.
Every guest gets their own photos
A Pro Business sends each guest their dive photos: staff add the camera's card to the departure and tag the guests in each photo, and each guest is sent a link to their own gallery on WhatsApp or email, with the photos their package includes. More photos and videos are bought from the gallery. An Enterprise Business also has automatic colour correction.
A Pro Business has a Content library: manuals and videos it links to a product, sent to the guest when they book.
A Pro Business can keep its files on its own S3-compatible (Google Cloud Storage included, with HMAC keys), Azure Blob, Google Drive or OneDrive storage; what is already on DivERP storage stays readable there.
Borrow crew
A Pro Business short of an instructor or a divemaster for a day or a run of days can borrow one from a Business nearby that lends its staff, and lend its own the same way; each day worked is owed to the Business that lent them.
Boat sharing
On every plan, a chartered boat, a shared vehicle or a compressor lent out is a shared cost on one
day, split by heads into a share per centre; what each paid is recorded against its share, and Positions
nets what everyone owes everyone at the end of the month.
Courses and certifications
On Pro, a course is an item you sell and a record you keep: each student's progress is signed off
session by session, and the certification is issued at the end with the instructor's name and the date on it.
A club your divers belong to
An Enterprise Business sells or gives membership plans: member rates or a discount, included dives, and points spent at checkout. Plans are joined through the cart on its own website, and each member sees their card on their account page.
A plan can pause for the off season, which stretches its term, and can carry a fee for a no-show on an included dive.
Every cylinder has a history
On Enterprise, every regulator, cylinder and BCD is an asset with a code, a service history and a
test date; a thing out of test is out of the water until a work order clears it. Purchase orders keep one
supplier's orders together, and the gas log knows what went into every cylinder.
Campaigns and partners
A Pro Business can open a campaign for applications: partners register and apply on its
website, and staff capture the agreement and press Active. Each partner gets a short link and
a QR on the Business's website that books with their code and credits them. An Enterprise Business pays its
partners through its own RazorpayX account.
Ask every guest, answer every review
On Pro, every guest aboard a departure that ran gets one message after it, to say how the day went
and who guided them. Reviews from Google and TripAdvisor arrive on one page, matched to the guest and
their booking, and are answered where they came from, as the centre. Every reel sold, review earned,
course upsold and fifth dive led is a line on a ledger the manager verifies.
The offer letter, kept
On Enterprise, a staff member's terms are the offer letter as fields: the season, the position, the
daily rate, the weekly off and the leave that accrues. The day sheet marks only the exceptions and the
clock comes from the phone. The month becomes a pay run: a payslip per person from the days worked, the
incentives verified and the advances recovered, a PDF each and a workbook for the accountant.
The day on Home, the month on one page
Home is the day in the Business's own clock. From Starter the Reports page has eight families of
packs — Operations, Money, Equipment, Marketing, Boats, People, Training, Media — each a PDF
and an Excel workbook from the same numbers; which packs a Business runs follows its plan. On Pro the
Overview reads a month or a season against the same days before, and every list has an Export button.
Your divers sign in to their own page
On every plan, guests sign in to their own account on the centre's website with a code sent to their phone or email, or with Google, and see their bookings and balance, the paperwork still to do, their documents, dives, photos, requests and details.
A Pro Business verifies a guest's date of birth: the guest through DigiLocker, India's government locker, from their account on the centre's website, or the desk against a document it has seen. Only the date is kept.
The crew's day, in a pocket
Staff have the DivERP app, for iPhone and Android, on every plan: their own day, check-in on arrival at a Location, the board on the boat with no signal, who took each guest, the conditions of each dive filled in from Open-Meteo's sea forecast, the inbox, a booking for any day and any Location paid by UPI QR, a payment link or cash, guests' documents signed on the phone, photos into the guest's gallery, and petty cash with a photo of the receipt. What it records about where a staff member is: /statements/staff-app.

Why DivERP asks to connect a YouTube or Instagram account
When a creator agrees to make content for a dive centre, they have to prove
they published it — normally by uploading a screenshot by hand, for every
post. If, and only if, the creator chooses to connect their account, DivERP
reads the content they publish carrying an agreed campaign hashtag and records
it as proof automatically, together with its view, like and comment counts.
That is the entire purpose of the access we request.
We read the connected account's name; posts, reels, videos
and stories that carry the campaign hashtag within the campaign dates; and the
view, like and comment counts for that content.
We never post, comment, upload, edit or delete anything
— the access requested is read-only. We do not read content that is not
tagged for the campaign, nor messages, followers or anything private. We do not
sell the data or use it for advertising.
Connecting is optional and reversible: a creator can disconnect at any time
from their own profile, or revoke access directly with the platform, and DivERP
stops reading immediately.
